1. Plans and Pricing
OptiDo offers the following paid subscriptions:
• Light Plan (€3.99/month): all list types, unlimited lists, 20 tasks per standard list, AI (5 req/day).
• Pro Plan (€9.99/month): unlimited lists and tasks, full AI features (30 req/day), email notifications.
• Duo Plan (€15.99/month): all Pro features for 2 members, unlimited shared lists.
Prices are displayed in euros (€) inclusive of applicable taxes on the pricing page.
CMTech reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes take effect at the next billing period. You will be notified by email at least 30 days before any price increase.
2. Order and Payment
Subscribing to a plan constitutes a firm and final order. Payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc. / Stripe Payments Europe Limited (The One Building, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland).
Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and any other method offered by Stripe.
Your subscription begins upon payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email.
CMTech does not store your full payment card details. Stripe manages secure storage of payment data in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
3. Automatic Renewal
OptiDo subscriptions run on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled beforehand.
Renewal is billed automatically to the payment method on file, at the applicable rate at the time of renewal.
You can disable automatic renewal at any time from the "Subscription" section of your profile or by contacting legal@cmtech.cloud.
4. Right of Withdrawal
Under Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code and EU Directive 2011/83, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of subscription during which you may withdraw without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, contact us at legal@cmtech.cloud with the subject "Withdrawal" before the 14-day period expires.
IMPORTANT — Exception: under Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, where performance began with your prior express consent. By subscribing and immediately accessing the paid features of OptiDo, you expressly acknowledge waiving your right of withdrawal and accept the consequences.
If you have not yet accessed any paid features, your right of withdrawal remains intact.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile or by contacting legal@cmtech.cloud. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to paid features until that date.
No pro-rated refund is issued for the remaining period after cancellation, except:
• Valid exercise of the right of withdrawal within 14 days (see Section 4);
• Total service outage lasting more than 48 consecutive hours caused by CMTech (excluding force majeure);
• Billing error on our part.

6. Service Availability
CMTech commits to maintaining the Service with a target availability of 99% per month, excluding planned maintenance.
In the event of an unplanned outage exceeding 48 consecutive hours, you may request compensation proportional to the outage duration relative to your monthly subscription.
7. Invoicing
A payment receipt is automatically sent by email after each transaction. Invoices are accessible from the Stripe billing portal available in your profile.
8. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, please contact legal@cmtech.cloud. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, you may refer the matter to a competent consumer mediator or the French courts.
EU consumers may also access the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
